Job summary

Duke Energy offers an internship with the Governance & Portfolio Oversight team (PMC) to support business operations, portfolio reporting, and process improvements through data-driven insights. You will help automate reporting, document workflows, and build dashboards using Power BI while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

The role requires enrollment in a four-year degree, a GPA of 2.75+ (3.0 preferred), and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; housing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program and must not graduate before August 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Automating project and portfolio reporting processes (Power BI dashboards).
• Developing and documenting business process workflows.
• Analyzing data and creating dashboards using Power BI.
• Supporting reporting governance and data quality initiatives.
• Assisting with performance improvement and business optimization efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
