Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience as required.
• Associates degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support management of Duke Energy programs and services across multiple offerings.
• Develop plans and allocate budgets to meet customer needs and improve performance.
• Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring with stakeholders.
• Provide product feedback and drive improvements through product development initiatives.
