Job summary

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority seeks an Energy Program Manager to advance energy management goals at IAD and DCA. You will analyze energy consumption, collaborate across divisions, and develop strategies to reduce costs while improving system reliability.

Responsible for procurement, contract oversight, and supporting essential utilities operations at major airports. The role requires extensive experience in energy management, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Six years of progressively responsible experience in energy management and utility systems at a large facility or institution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and energy procurement.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze energy consumption to develop strategies to reduce usage and costs.
• Coordinate energy management across divisions to implement energy-efficient technologies.
• Recommend procurement and operational strategies to minimize cost and maximize reliability.
• Provide technical support for utility systems maintenance and operation.
• Lead project recommendations and manage contracts and performance.
