Community Concepts in Lewiston, ME seeks an Energy Auditor Manager to coordinate and implement the Energy Program, manage contracts, assist with budgeting, and supervise site operations with the Housing Improvement team.

The role requires certifications, four years of rehab inspection experience, strong communication, and valid Maine driver’s license, with travel across counties and occasional evenings or overnights.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in energy-related or home construction field required;Bachelor’s preferred; or five years on-the-job work-related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BPI Energy Auditor certification and BPI Quality Control certification; minimum four years experience in Home Rehabilitation inspections; excellent communication; accountable and results-driven.
• Must have valid Maine driver’s license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Energy Program with project management of contracts.
• Assist with budgeting, tracking materials and job costs, and development of project specs and bidding process.
• Support Housing Improvement team and Senior Director of Housing and Program Development; oversee construction/rehab sites.
