Job summary

Community Concepts is seeking an Energy Auditor in Lewiston, ME. This full-time role helps clients improve home safety, comfort, and indoor air quality, and requires developing estimates, coordinating with subcontractors, and completing paperwork and reports.

You will travel daily across Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties using a company vehicle. Starting pay is $21.50/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, a 403(b) with agency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of high school or post-secondary vocational education in home construction, or three years of on-the-job work experience.
• Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification is preferred; asbestos, lead & radon training is helpful.
• Must have a valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance.
• Background checks must be completed as a condition of employment and ongoing as required.

This position works with clients to help improve the quality of life for people and ensure they have a safe home environment, improved building comfort, and a healthier indoor environment. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, strive for high-quality services, and have some experience with estimates, bids, and subcontractors. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position based out of Lewiston, with required daily travel throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties with use of a company vehicle.

• Starting Rate**: $21.50/hour
