Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is an energy consulting firm seeking a Project Manager within our Procurement Services group to oversee sourcing, logistics, and material coordination on complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will partner with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, compliant material delivery while maintaining project trackers and client-facing reports.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, PM, or related operational roles.
• Understanding of sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and project coordination fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support sourcing activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and commercial coordination.
• Partner with internal teams to translate project requirements into procurement and execution plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and support contract administration and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and trade compliance for timely material delivery.
• Support quality surveillance and inspection activities, including documentation and non-conformance tracking.
• Own deliverables from kickoff through completion, maintaining trackers, schedules, risk logs, and client-facing reports.
