2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates to promote energy services at Sam’s Club in Northlake, IL. This full-time role involves engaging customers about NRG electricity and gas, meeting monthly sales goals, and working within a team at a local retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing product information.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional and presentable.
