Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, or engineering or a bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience
• Valid Class E Driver License
• Experience with data analysis, policy research, and energy-related issues
• Strong written and analytical skills for technical documentation and correspondence
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff and external stakeholders
