Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Energy & Natural Resources Associate in Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of oil and gas litigation experience, with exposure to environmental and regulatory litigation.

Responsibilities include drafting motions, managing document review, and assisting in deposition preparation. A PA bar admission or eligibility to waive in is required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active PA bar or eligibility for waiver/sitting in.
• Exposure to energy, oil & gas, and regulatory matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft preliminary and dispositive motions and discovery responses.
• Manage document review and production projects of varying sizes.
• Assist in deposition preparation, both offensively and defensively.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to manage their own matters.
