Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) seeks an experienced Project Director to lead a major energy infrastructure megaproject. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project controls across centers worldwide to deliver on schedule and budget.

Lead contractors, manage long-lead procurements, and drive risk management while mentoring project teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to work across multi-office, diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience in energy/infrastructure projects.
• Led projects with P&L responsibility and TIC > $500MM.
• Proven management of engineering activities for large plants.
• Mentor junior personnel on project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using Primavera for scheduling and controls.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex execution strategies across global centers and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, controls and supply chain partners.
• Develop design execution, construction and commissioning strategies.
• Ensure project on time and on budget.
• Drive risk management and contingency planning.
• Review performance against schedule and manage changes.
• Direct resources to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Foster collaboration across multi-office, multi-cultural teams.
• Align procurement with project plans and contracts.
• Provide input to strategic decisions affecting scope and cost.
