InCommodities North America is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to turn data into trading decisions in the North American natural gas market. You’ll build fundamental models, analyze market data, and develop tools and strategies with direct trading impact, working close to the trading desk.

You’ll join the US Gas team, collaborating with quants, traders, and software developers across Stamford, CT, Houston, TX, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong background in quantitative modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for modeling and back-testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quantitative models of North American natural gas fundamentals.
• Create tools and analysis to implement trading strategies with traders and developers.
• Conduct back-testing and validation of algorithmic trading strategies.
