Energy Dome is expanding its public affairs platform in the United States and internationally, seeking a Public Affairs and Energy Markets professional to build relationships with policymakers, regulators, utilities, and market institutions. The role blends policy execution with substantive market analysis, collaborating across teams to accelerate commercial growth and manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, economics, engineering, energy management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain stakeholder networks across government, utilities, and industry.
• Analyze wholesale electricity markets and regulatory frameworks; participate in FERC/ISO/RTO processes.
• Translate regulatory and market developments into business implications for projects and revenue.
• Develop external-engagement strategies and advocate Energy Dome positions with policymakers and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, regulatory summaries, and policy memos; represent Energy Dome externally.
