Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Registered Engineer in the State of NC or able to obtain prior to start date.
• Supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision, maintenance, operations and strategic planning for Energy Management; manage energy conservation projects and BAS/lighting/envelope commissioning.
• Coordinate with Facilities Engineering to implement energy conservation targets and best practices; provide daily engineering support for campus facilities.
• Lead development and implementation of policies for energy management; prepare and review energy and water reports; analyze life-cycle costs and energy models.
