Job summary

Qualifications

  • Specialized experience in managing technical engineering projects and evaluating complex systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage technically complex research and development projects from design through deployment
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of physical science and engineering issues to resolve uncertainties
  • Prepare documentation such as budgets, statements of work, and procurement packages in compliance with federal regulations
  • Provide expert technical advice and briefings to senior leadership and external partners
  • Collaborate with industry, academia, national laboratories, and government agencies to identify research gaps and coordinate efforts
  • Deliver technical presentations and reports to management and stakeholders
