Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Short Hills, NJ seeks a junior corporate associate to join its Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will advise sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions on energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Requirements include 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience and a JD from an accredited law

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and transferable tax credits a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, project finance, and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transactions.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Cultivate client relationships.
• Collaborate to develop transaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and firm initiatives.
• Engage in pro bono work and civic activities.
