Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
Minimum of 1 year in HR reinvention programs—operating model, process, tech, or service delivery.
Minimum of 6 months applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.

Responsibilities

Lead HR reinvention projects blending HR practices with digital tech and automation.
Define and sell HR value cases and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
Drive employee experience initiatives and talent management through AI-enabled tools.
Guide change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
