Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
Broad knowledge of financial reporting, GL, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and internal controls.
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience supporting external audits.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial leader for the operation, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
Develop annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
Monitor cash requirements and liquidity, manage monthly and annual financial reporting cycles.
Oversee GL maintenance, reconciliations, revenue/expense accounting, payroll, payables, and receivables.
Coordinate tax filings, audits, and external reporting with banks, partners, and auditors.
