Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent work may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Energy efficiency or utility experience is preferred.
• PowerBI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis by collecting data, analyzing trends, and preparing reviews.
• Coordinate and compile monthly and annual budgets.
• Provide deviation analysis of performance metrics.
• Gather data from external and internal sources to drive revenue, expenses, and customer experience insights.
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing program performance.
• Identify exceptions, opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.
