The role focuses on ensuring efficient, profitable operations and accurate month-end close, with responsibilities spanning ledger reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multiple business groups, apply GAAP/CAS/FAR principles, and contribute to strategic financial decisions in a dynamic energy/engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• GAAP, CAS or FAR knowledge.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Works with finance, operational, and administrative orgs to improve efficiency and profitability through analytical tools and metrics.
• Ensures budgets, forecasts, and financial results align with corporate direction and policy.
• Prepares general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Reviews complex financial data and performs detailed overhead/variance analyses.
• Collaborates with business groups on budgets/forecasts and reviews performance.
• May participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
