Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks Energy Technician III, IV, or V to perform skilled construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service tasks on overhead and underground electric distribution systems. This role supports safe, reliable delivery of electrical service and requires operating specialized equipment and adhering to safety standards.

The position entails outdoor work, responding to outages, mentoring apprentices, and participating in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years electric utility/line construction experience for Energy Technician III.
• 4+ years electric utility/line construction experience for Energy Technician IV.
• 5+ years electric utility/line construction experience for Energy Technician V.
• Valid CDL and ability to meet driving standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of distribution system construction and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground distribution facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and restore service after outages.
• Operate utility vehicles and specialized equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders, maps, and diagrams.
• Mentor apprentices and support crew planning.
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies and on‑call rotations.
• Adhere to safety rules and company procedures.
