Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking an Intern, Energy for the Fort Worth, TX office to join our Energy team. The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, with full-time hours (40 hours/week).

Interns are paid hourly; Halff does not provide housing for internships. You will work in a large team, assist with designing energy production, gathering, processing, treating, compression, and pipelines, and design engineering projects under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with all types of people to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Work within a large team environment.
• Assist with designing energy production, gathering, processing, treating, compression, and pipelines.
• Design engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Perform schematic design work
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
