Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an talented Energy Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will design energy systems for commercial applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate existing systems and infrastructure
• Design various size energy systems, including microgrids, solar power systems, and medium voltage systems
• Create design packages using AutoDesk products such as AutoCAD
• Review design packages submitted by other personnel
• Provide expertise for energy system-related job proposals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 10+ years of related professional experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with microgrids, medium voltage design, solar, power systems, and controls
• Systems experience with Allen Bradley, OSI, Wonderware, Schneider DCS, Honeywell Experion

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, delivering resources to US government clients to support missions globally. Salary Range: $100,900 - $176,600
