Job summary

TYG in New York City is seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to join a leading consulting engineering firm, focusing on energy efficiency, commissioning, and high-performance building systems. You will perform energy analyses, evaluate HVAC, lighting controls, and building automation, support project development and client engagement, and mentor junior engineers to improve building performance.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 4–8 years in consulting, knowledge of NYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4–8 years of consulting engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NYC building and energy codes, HVAC and lighting controls.
• Experience with energy modeling software preferred.
• PE, LEED, CEM, or commissioning credentials are a plus.
