Job summary

Georgia Power seeks an Energy Efficiency Analyst to support performance and coordination of its regulated energy efficiency and demand response programs. The role liaises with internal teams and external vendors to develop program materials, reports, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and governance across the portfolio.

The analyst will organize program information for leadership, assist in financial management tasks, and contribute to process improvements for efficient program delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited degree preferred with additional consideration for relevant industry certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers and Energy Efficiency leadership in implementing the portfolio of certified energy efficiency and demand response programs.
• Develop and maintain processes, analyses, dashboards and insights, including data quality control and purchase order management.
• Provide support for portfolio budget tracking and reconciliation activities, including monthly accruals and forecast support, in coordination with Energy Efficiency, Finance, Budgeting, and Supply Chain.
• Serve as a facilitator to complete ad hoc internal, regulatory, contractor, or stakeholder requests by providing timely, accurate program information and implementation support.
• Manage an on‑demand print and fulfillment platform enabling employees and contractors to order approved Energy Efficiency marketing materials and field apparel.
• Support internal communications, documentation, and resources that enable program implementation, governance, and cross‑functional alignment while driving continuous process improvement.
