Georgia Power is seeking a Business Support Analyst to provide analytical support to Power Delivery Construction leadership by monitoring project costs, analyzing spending trends, and offering insights for operational decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and applications (e.g., Maximo, Oracle, Financials, CAMP, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of accounting principles, project financials, cost tracking, budgeting, and management reporting preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAMP highly preferred.
• Experience supporting business operations through reporting, performance tracking, and management communications.
• Experience coordinating multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, user access administration, system support, and escalation management for CATEE, CAMP, and other business systems
• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and training for CATEE, CAMP, ES Maximo, Oracle Projects, and Oracle A/P processes
• Create, route, and monitor ES Maximo purchase requests while assisting users with process-related issues
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support system enhancements, testing, implementation, and process improvements
• Support contractor invoicing, billing, accrual, and financial processing activities within CAMP, CATEE, Oracle, and related business systems
• Support contract administration activities, including contract setup, maintenance, revisions, and monitoring to ensure compliance with business and financial requirements
• Support audit, governance, and compliance activities by ensuring adherence to company policies, financial controls, and business processes
• Monitor and analyze project costs, budgets, and spending trends to support operational and financial decision-making and provide actionable insights to Construction leadership
• Maintain and distribute recurring reports, metrics, and performance tracking tools to support business operations and leadership decision-making
• Assist with data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business reports and operational data
• Present findings, recommendations, and business updates through reports and presentations
• Develop and maintain business processes, procedures, governance documentation, and training materials while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to support business initiatives and resolve issues
• Support additional Business Support Team initiatives, special projects, ad hoc reporting requests, and storm restoration activities as needed
