Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking an Energy Efficiency Analyst to support performance and coordination of regulated energy efficiency and demand response programs. The role requires collaboration across internal teams and with external vendors, and involves developing program materials, reporting requests, and maintaining resources and processes.

It also includes backup support for select financial activities and process improvements. In-person work at the Atlanta headquarters is required.

Qualifications

  • 4-year accredited degree preferred with additional consideration for relevant industry certifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers and leadership in implementing energy efficiency and demand response programs
  • Develop and maintain processes, analyses, dashboards and insights
  • Provide support for portfolio budget tracking and reconciliation including accruals and forecast
  • Facilitate ad hoc internal, regulatory, contractor, or stakeholder requests with timely information
  • Manage on-demand print and fulfillment for marketing materials and apparel to ensure consistent program representation
  • Support internal communications and resources enabling governance and cross-functional alignment
