Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) seeks an Account Manager in Rochester, NY to guide commercial and industrial customers through energy efficiency programs. You will educate clients on offerings, coordinate with engineering, and drive project progression from engagement to implementation.

The role emphasizes building relationships, communicating clearly, and coordinating across internal teams to deliver high-quality program support and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years in account management, customer relationships, sales, outreach, or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to explain program offerings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with commercial and industrial customers, trade allies, and stakeholders to drive program participation.
• Guide customers through program offerings, requirements, and energy-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering staff to communicate audit findings and project options clearly.
• Follow up on opportunities and move projects from interest to action.
• Document interactions and milestones in CRM and tracking systems.
• Support workshops, webinars, and events to promote program awareness and participation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure aligned communication and smooth delivery.
• Provide progress updates to program leadership.
