Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher (as of Fall 2027).
• Enrolled in an ABET-accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week) in-person per hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering support for residential energy efficiency programs.
• Evaluate real customer energy projects and contribute to program implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers to tackle process improvement projects and drive innovation.
• Write code (Python or VBA) to analyze energy datasets, automate workflows, or support building energy modeling.
• Communicate complex technical data clearly to internal and external teams.
