Responsibilities

• Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities in Salesforce/eTrac with C&I customers.
• Provide residential referrals to appropriate program pathways as needed.
• Oversee vendor performance and safety protocols for contracted services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program delivery and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare status reports, and communicate with customers and management.
• Advocate for territory engagement and capture field feedback for program teams.
