The role involves traveling within the local area, inputting data on a handheld tablet, and guiding customers to applicable rebates and utility programs. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy reviews and install measures such as thermostats and LED bulbs.
• Educate customers on simple energy-saving actions to reduce utility bills.
• Input energy-saving actions into handheld tablet and update databases/reports.
• Identify and connect customers with available utility programs, rebates, and incentives.
