Ocupacao is seeking an Energy Derivatives Trading Lead to manage and develop a new trading function with a direct impact on the organization's P&L. The role requires analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to building processes from scratch.

You will monitor energy markets, structure portfolios, shape hedging strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver risk-managed growth.
