Cadmus seeks a data-driven analyst to quantify DSM intervention impacts and guide utility/government clients. You will apply advanced analytics, design studies, and present findings.
The role covers energy efficiency, electrification, demand response, and related areas. Collaboration across teams and clear communication are essential as you support projects worldwide from Cadmus offices in the United States.
The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to quantify the impacts of intervention strategies, evaluate system and market dynamics, and provide strategic guidance to utility and government clients. This role addresses complex demand-side management (DSM) challenges spanning distributed energy resources, electrification, virtual power plants, data centers, decarbonization, demand response, energy efficiency, flexible load resources, and sustainability.

The salary range for this position is$70,000 - $85,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
