Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent math, written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and analytical troubleshooting.
Ability to multitask and learn highly technical processes.
Must be willing to operate in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/OSHA).

Responsibilities

Learn fundamentals of Energy Center operation and maintenance.
Complete classroom and on-the-job training at Columbus Plant Energy Center (Powerhouse).
Operate equipment safely, report incidents, follow LOTO and quality procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and labelling; document work hours in Maximo CMMS.
Support Energy Center systems including Boiler, Chilled Water, and Wastewater.
Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
