Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Ohio Third Class Stationary Engineer License.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer data entry and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform rounds and field quality testing to check equipment, product quality, and monitor process conditions and control systems.
• Complete operational tasks and apply troubleshooting to resolve deviations and upset conditions.
• Follow standard work procedures and site safety policies.
• Participate in problem solving and root cause investigations to improve operations.
• Support unit performance by tracking metrics and asset utilization against goals.
• Develop operator care skills and apply safe work practices.
• Train and support new operating personnel by sharing knowledge and best practices.
