Qualifications

• Education: High School, equivalent, or 1 year direct relevant experience.
• Licensure: High Pressure Boiler Operator licenses (Mercy AR, OK), Class II Boiler Operator licenses, EPA Universal Certification.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years commercial HVAC, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Other Skills: strong communication, reading manuals, time management, math and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, and control systems.
• Resolve repair issues independently with minimal supervision to ensure a safe work environment.
• Adhere to Mercy's Environment of Care and safety protocols; communicate with customers as needed.
