Job summary

Mountainland is seeking an Energy Auditor and QCI Assistant to ensure Weatherization projects meet Utah guidelines. This role supports documentation management, visual inspections, health and safety, and diagnostic testing in field conditions.

You will assist with client intake, data entry, field inspections, and inputting labor and materials into NEAT work orders, while communicating with clients and resolving issues. The position is on-site in Utah, 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite; willingness to learn new software.
• Patient and flexible with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client intake, production, and energy audit documentation review.
• Completes accurate data entry.
• Assist in field inspections conducted by Energy Auditor or Quality Control Inspector.
• Input labor, invoices, and materials into NEAT program work orders.
• Assist weatherizing teams with installation of energy-saving and health/safety measures.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and educate on installed equipment.
• Investigate and resolve record discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
