Job summary

Sonder Consultants in Los Angeles is seeking a bright associate for its Energy practice. The role involves advising developers, sponsors, investors, lenders and other market participants on sophisticated energy transactions and related projects.

You will work closely with partners on complex matters, including financings, acquisitions and development, gaining exposure to domestic and cross-border mandates within a leading international firm.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on energy transactions, project development, project finance, M&A or related matters in the energy sector.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take increasing responsibility for complex transactions.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.

Working as part of a highly regarded Energy team, you'll advise developers, sponsors, investors, lenders and other key market participants on sophisticated transactions across the energy sector. Requirements

• Class of 2022 or equivalent level of experience.
