Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly/test in a controlled or safety‑critical environment.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain documentation and traceability.
• Ability to read schematics/diagrams/layouts and follow written/verbal technical instructions.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and ability to work around hazardous operations with procedural compliance.
• Ability to work full‑time and support overtime/weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports processing, management, and handling of energetic materials and electromechanical systems.
• Performs routine testing, checkout, troubleshooting, prototype building, environmental testing, and simple developmental engineering tasks.
• Assists Engineering with development of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical designs and assembly.
• Supports DCMA oversight/coordination with energetics documentation and traceability.
• Adheres to Hazardous Operation Standards (HOPS) reviews and safety programs governing energetics operations.
• Maintains work areas in compliance with 5S, FOD, and ESD standards.
• Analyzes test/production data and suggests modifications to components or procedures.
• Performs varied tasks under general supervision; resolves routine questions and escalates complex issues.
