Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Materials Supervisor in McHenry, MS. You will design strategies to optimize warehouse operations, set performance metrics, and drive cost reductions while ensuring safety and quality across energetic and hazardous inventories.

You will build SOPs, implement ERP/WMS improvements, and lead a warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, FEFO discipline, and on-time material delivery aligned with production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of material management, inventory control, or supply chain roles in aerospace/defense.
• 1+ year of leading supervisors, associates, or technicians.
• Onsite in McHenry, MS or willing to relocate locally.
• Ability to obtain medical, respirator, and explosives-handling qualifications.
• DOT HM training or ability to complete within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop material management strategies and procedures that meet regulations.
• Hire and train talent to manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
• Improve efficiency and reduce waste in material handling processes.
• Implement systems matching DoD/government property and inventory policies.
• Maintain FEFO, lot tracing, and QA coordination for propellants and energetic materials.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality on forecasts and planning.
• Coordinate inter-building material moves with safety and transport constraints.
• Support explosives-safety inspections and on-demand inventory records.
