Plus One, an Optum company, seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a strength‑based class at our Tempe, AZ fitness center. You will develop engaging formats, craft motivating playlists, and foster an inclusive, high‑energy atmosphere to drive attendance and client results.

Requirements include a current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty license (e.g., Zumba) and CPR/AED. Prior experience in corporate wellness or group fitness, strong communication, public speaking

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certification and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in Group Fitness, corporate wellness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strength-based group class at the Tempe fitness center.
• Develop engaging class formats and playlists.
• Foster inclusive, motivating workouts that improve attendance and results.
• Occasional coverage at multiple locations.
