Plus One, part of Optum's Workplace Well-being portfolio, seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to teach multiple formats (HIIT, Strength, Cycle, Zumba) at our Burbank fitness center. You will create engaging class formats and playlists while helping participants improve results.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate.
• CPR/AED certification (in-person not online).
• Experience in Group Fitness, corporate health, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective, engaging, and motivating class formats with playlists.
• Foster client results by increasing class attendance and adapting moves for all levels.
• Provide class coverage at multiple locations.
