Job summary
Plus One, an Optum company, is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead HIIT/conditioning classes at our Charlotte, NC fitness center. You will design engaging formats and playlists, and tailor movements to accommodate all fitness levels while driving attendance and results.
The role supports a broad wellness program and offers opportunities to cover multiple locations within the network. Certification and CPR/AED are required, with strong customer-facing skills and professional communication
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate and CPR/AED certification.
- Experience in Group Fitness, corporate health promotion or wellness programs.
- Ability to engage clients professionally and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging class formats with motivating playlists.
- Drive class attendance by tailoring movements for all levels.
- Provide coverage at multiple locations as needed.
