Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to full time, variable work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and to stand/move about the store

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Helping customers interpret and pay bills in the store and handle account questions.
• Answering questions on services, upgrading levels, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitive offerings.
