Lynn Public Schools is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional to support students in an urban school environment. You will assist teachers, help with classroom activities, and support students with learning and behavioral needs.

Starting pay is $23.39 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for long-term substitution as credits are verified. Applicants should have at least 48 college credits and be able to collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with students in an urban setting.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents and advocate for children to problem solve.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to work with all stakeholders.
• May be eligible for a long term sub position with a minimum of 48 college/university credits.
