Qualifications

• Stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift up to 55 lbs as needed.
• Must have a current food handlers' card.
• Background check required upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests.
• Lead by example and exemplify Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness.
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Guests, and Team Members.
• Help achieve location goals and support other Team Members.
• Become knowledgeable on Smoothie King products, including retail.
• Ability to suggestively sell.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
