Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Team Members in the United States. You will welcome guests, prepare smoothies per recipes, and help drive sales with friendly, engaging service.

The role offers a flexible schedule with options for part-time or full-time hours, including weekend shifts. You will operate in a team environment and support health and safety standards while representing the Smoothie King brand.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule, including 3 weekend days per month minimum.
• Part time with minimum 20 hrs/week; Full time 30–40 hrs/week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to be at work on time.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a Guests come first attitude.
• Greets guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Assist guests with smoothie orders per recipe.
• Blends smoothies according to recipe tickets.
• Encourages upselling at the point of sale.
• Performs opening/closing duties and store tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and health standards.
