We provide training and opportunities to grow with Custom House Restaurant Group, with focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Prior food service experience and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays are desired.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely fashion.
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests.
• Provide attentive service to guests by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals.
• Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
• Maintain sanitation standards and practices.
