Copper River Grill LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to join our team. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering attentive service and creating a welcoming guest experience. Knowledge of POS systems and wine/service upselling will help enhance dining satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced, lively environment and requires a passion for hospitality and high service standards.

Formación

• Experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage guests professionally.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tables during busy periods.
• Ability to upsell cocktails, wines, or desserts to boost guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling.
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area clean.
