Qualifications
- At least 21 years old.
- Minimum 2 years serving experience.
- Work daytime and nighttime shifts may last into late night.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Consistent schedule at least 4 days per week.
- Ability to lift and move trays of food.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner.
- Guide guests through their dining experience.
- Describe Food and Beverage features daily.
- Provide top notch service to multiple tables.
- Work with bussers to clear and reset tables.
- Maintain urgency and attention to detail.
- Communicate guest needs or incidents to management.
- Follow health, safety, and company procedures.
