Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC's Gallatin Center for Rehab and Healing is hiring an Activities Aide to assist the Activity Director with planning, organizing, and delivering engaging programs for residents. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays energetic, and enjoys spending quality time with seniors.

This full-time role includes supporting administrative tasks and requires availability 1–2 evenings per week and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, creative, and energetic with resident-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in day-to-day planning, organization, and implementation of activities for residents.
• Complete assigned administrative duties as needed.
• Available 1–2 evenings per week and every other weekend.
